EZ Cap™ EGFP mRNA (5-moUTP)

EZ Cap™ EGFP mRNA (5-moUTP) encodes Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP), a widely used fluorescent reporter with peak excitation at ~488 nm and emission at ~509 nm. This mRNA is synthesized with an optimized Cap1 structure, ensuring efficient translation and enhanced stability in mammalian systems. The incorporation of 5-methoxyuridine triphosphate (5-moUTP) modification reduces innate immune activation, increases mRNA stability, and prolongs protein expression.
