EZ Cap™ mCherry mRNA (5mCTP, ψUTP)
EZ Cap™ mCherry mRNA (5mCTP, ψUTP) encodes mCherry, a highly photostable red fluorescent protein (RFP) with peak excitation at ~587 nm and emission at ~610 nm. This mRNA is synthesized with an optimized Cap1 structure, ensuring efficient translation and enhanced stability in mammalian systems. The incorporation of 5-methylcytidine triphosphate (5mCTP) and pseudouridine triphosphate (ψUTP) modifications reduces innate immune activation, increases mRNA stability, and prolongs protein expression. mCherry's strong fluorescence and resistance to photobleaching make it ideal for live-cell imaging, protein localization, and fluorescence-based molecular research.
