EZ Cap™ mCherry mRNA (m1Ψ) encodes mCherry, a bright and photostable red fluorescent protein (RFP) with peak excitation at ~587 nm and emission at ~610 nm. This mRNA is synthesized with an optimized Cap1 structure, ensuring efficient translation and prolonged stability in mammalian systems. The incorporation of N1-Methylpseudouridine (m1Ψ) modification enhances mRNA stability, reduces innate immune activation, and extends protein expression duration. With high fluorescence intensity and resistance to photobleaching, EZ Cap™ mCherry mRNA (m1Ψ) is ideal for live-cell imaging, protein localization, and fluorescence-based molecular studies.
